What We Offer

The Rural Water Financing Agency (the “Agency”) was created in order to provide tax-exempt financing to governmental entities. The Agency has two loan programs. The Interim Loan Program provides borrowers construction financing in advance of their long-term financing from the United States Department of Agriculture-Rural Development or another qualifying entity. The Flex Term Program provides financing to borrowers for a variety of uses and can offer short to long term fixed rates (1-30 years).
